We got this item for a wedding present and it cracked upon our first use in the oven. It says it is microwave, dishwasher and oven safe - apparently that is not entirely true. After, 3 uses the dish completely cracked and was no longer safe to use in the oven. This dish looks great, but is does not stand up to heat or water.

I've used this dish over and over for casseroles and lasagnas, you name it. It's pretty much non-stick, the food stuff just flakes off and I'll put it in the dishwasher and it comes out like new. It has gone from oven to table and from microwave to table. I am not sure what the other reviewer meant about theirs cracking. I never wash mine until it is cool, it is glass. I love it and plan on adding more pieces.

I love this item! I got it for my wedding and I'm always on the look out for different pieces. I'm looking for a square pan and cassarole dish. I found the loaf pans at my Target store and I love them. I would recommend these to anyone that loves to cook/bake and wants bakeware that cleans easily, eye pleasing, and works great!

I have collected other pieces that go to this Bialetti Baker. They are made just as well if not better than the most expensive brands, which make this affordable and ejoyable to own. I bake all the time and these pans clean-up Beautifully and are made with fine craftsmanship. Thanks to Bialetti Bakeware, I am able to afford and enjoy a beautiful collection.
